Chicken

I made the yummiest chicken last night. I took two boneless chicken breasts and put them in a bag with some lemon pepper and juice squeezed from 2 limes. I let them sit in the fridge for an hour. Then I chopped some garlic and put it on top of the chicken, and put the chicken breasts onto their own sheet of tin foil and closed them loosly to make foil packs.
I baked them at 400 F for 30 minutes. They were awesome! so juicy and the flavour was fantastic. The garlic had infused into the chicken and the lime juice gave it a little tang.
