wedding hair woes

I just have no idea what to do with my hair for our wedding. It's inbetween medium and short at the moment, and won't curl, or stay up in any kind of hair holdy-up-thingy, because it's too "glassy" (as described my numerous hair stylists). Am I doomed to have my usual hair do? do I just slap a veil on and go with it? I tried a veil/tiara combo and it looks ridiculous. Bah!

Awh, thanks for the encouragement. Jen found me the perfect hair style today. It's not an up do, but has a few hair jewels in it, which I could replace with tropical flowers like you said. I have an appointment for a haircut tomorrow to get the basic style done, and it'll hopefully grow into the style she found.
